Product Presentation: Present and promote LED lighting products for project-based clients, including office buildings, hotels, factories, and real estate developments.
Client Management: Manage and build relationships with key stakeholders such as designers, engineers, contractors, and project owners.
Drawing & Requirement Analysis: Read and interpret architectural/technical drawings to analyze client needs and propose the most suitable product solutions.
Sales & Marketing Planning: Develop marketing plans to maintain existing sales volumes, acquire new clients, and achieve assigned sales targets.
Quotation & Closing: Prepare quotations and follow up closely to close sales.
Internal Coordination: Coordinate smoothly with internal teams, including the technical and logistics/delivery departments.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional pre-sales and post-sales service.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding the new customer base.
Qualification
Gender: Male / Female
Age: Not over 35 years old
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or any related fields
Experience:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Project Sales.
Experience in the lighting industry will be highly considered / an advantage.
Technical Skills: Ability to read electrical blueprints or lighting layouts
Key Skills: Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
Mobility: Must own a personal car and be able to travel to meet clients
Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office
